Your AI doesn't know your business. Two weeks, and it does.
Tried it and got something that reads like everyone else's? Suspect your competitors are pulling ahead? Or does the whole subject smell like hype?
All three instincts are reasonable, and they share one root. AI without your context is a very confident stranger: it has read everything and knows nothing about you. It doesn't know what you charge, why your best customers chose you, what you'd never say to a client, or which of your jobs actually make money.
So it gives you the average of the internet. Which is exactly what it gives your competitors too.
What two weeks produces
A use-case map. Where AI genuinely moves your numbers, and just as importantly where it would embarrass you. Scored on how often the work happens, what it's worth, and what it costs you if it goes wrong. Most people start with the fun use case rather than the profitable one.
A context pack for your business. Five layers: the facts, the economics, the voice, the customers and the boundaries. This is the artefact that turns generic tools into yours, and you keep it whether you ever work with me again or not.
Working setups in the tools you already pay for. Three workflows, named in the agreement before we start, wired into whatever you already use. Nothing new to buy.
Guardrails, on one page. What data never goes in, what never gets automated, who signs off anything that reaches a customer, and how you'd answer a regulator if one ever asked.
A half day with your team, hands on keyboards. Using your real work, not exercises. Nobody learns this by being shown.
Whichever of the three you are
If you've been disappointed, you're the easiest to help, because the fix is precisely what this is. I'll show you the difference between a prompt with your context behind it and one without, using your own material, in the first hour.
If you're sceptical, good. Scepticism is the right starting posture and it deserves evidence rather than enthusiasm. So I won't sell to you. We'll agree in advance what would count as proof and then go and find out. The first job of the sprint is showing you honestly where AI would pay in your business and where it wouldn't, and the second half of that sentence is the part that matters.
If you feel behind, the useful reframe is this: if your competitors are visibly using AI and it shows, that isn't a threat. It's an opening. The businesses winning here are not the ones using it loudest. They're the ones using it with judgement, quietly, where it compounds, and carefully in front of customers, where trust is the whole game.
Why me, and why this is not a technology project
Enterprises have spent an enormous amount of money learning that AI output is only as good as the context behind it. I've led that work at global scale, and the lesson translates down without modification: the constraint was never the model. It's that nobody wrote down what the business actually knows.
Which is why this is a business exercise. If what you want is a technology project, I'm the wrong person and I'll say so on the first call.
What it costs
From £2,950, fixed in the agreement once scoped, delivered in two weeks. No VAT, because I'm not registered for it. You keep everything, including the pack, and it comes with a named owner in your business and a monthly slot in their diary to keep it current. A stale pack fails quietly, which is the one failure mode worth designing against.
